ERV merely stands for Emergency Response Vehicle. We only send ERV on the big ones but when we do, he always seems to have that little piece of rope to pull Timmy out of the well!

On ERV's seldom days off, you can find him at local car wash hanging with the cool crowd. On very special days he enjoys a rubdown of his favorite carnauba wax. ERV understands the importance of hygiene and always needs to be on the top of his game. He also knows the importance of a good diet, regular filter and fluid changes and changing up the flavors of air fresheners. (Strawberry seems to be his favorite).
